I pushed myself so hard that one day I stopped and it was really challenging to get back into life. I burnt out my adrenals, not a simple task, it took many choices over many years of saying no to my body. How I Managed My Insomnia❤️✨

As humans we have an electromagnetic field and Mother Earth has an electromagnetic field. When we connect in with Mother Earth it actually re-calibrates our electromagnetic field.
