When our energy system is not optimal, we can experience low-frequency emotions like anxiety, anger, depression, deprivation, and fear. The opposite state to bliss. The state that we are born in. When we are in the low-frequency emotions, we make low-frequency choices, we make low-frequency actions.
As a child, I was kidnapped by people who were known as Australia’s worst serial killers. I put that experience in a box and threw away the key, I felt that if I ignored it, it would go away. I found that it actually doesn’t. Trauma like that stays rolling around in the subconscious, which constantly tries to reconcile it, it’s working on overload.
Quite often my graduates use the training to support what they already do in the world. One graduate is an interior designer who has clients wanting to create a feeling in an environment, but they don’t know how to language it. She is using energy work to give language to the spaces for her clients.
One of my beloveds had really bad chronic fatigue when she first arrived. She needed to give up work. Doctors said, “You’ll never work again.” Within six months, she was going out more, she started to actually engage more with life. Within nine months, she was working again, loving her work and loving her life. And within 12 months, the chronic fatigue is completely gone.
