Until recently, the idea of people having energy meridians was broadly considered to be some sort of superstitious, Eastern woo woo, until a few brave scientists came along and started doing experiments.
For me, I had an injury, and I suffered chronic pain 24/7 for twenty-two months. The pain burnt out my adrenals and I ended up with adrenal chronic fatigue. I found that western medicine had no answers at all. Not even pain relief.
I pushed myself so hard that one day I stopped and it was really challenging to get back into life. I burnt out my adrenals, not a simple task, it took many choices over many years of saying no to my body. I was doing event management, I would barely sleep for months in the lead up to an event, and then after the event, I would collapse for 3 to 4 weeks then pick myself up and do it all over again.
Each aspect of our life is part of our greater weave. Our greater story. Our living masterpiece. For me, the gland that was less than optimal was my adrenal gland. Which spoke to the part of my story where I was conceived, from a violent act. My mother had PTSD, and in her womb, I learned that PTSD was the physical default. I walked through life creating circumstances that allowed me to default back to PTSD.
